 AAA Water Damage, Inc. is a full service water damage restoration company serving the Tampa Bay area for over 16 years.  Customers will deal directly with the owner, Mike Brown, on every job.  If a water damage loss results in an insurance claim, we will meet the insurance adjuster to discuss and view the loss and if necessary, work directly with the adjuster on behalf of the homeowner.     We DO NOT ask for any money upfront.  We will bill the insurance company directly.   If a water damage does not warrant an insurance claim and a homeowner or Association is paying out of pocket, we keep costs to a minimum and provide discounts.

On every water damage claim, digital photos and detailed notes of the loss are taken.  Moisture readings are taken daily and equipment is removed when affected areas are returned to acceptable levels.  We do our best to keep drying times to a minimum and salvage as much of the property as possible.

It is not our intention to gouge a homeowner or their insurance company.  We pride ourselves on being an honest and reputable company in the Tampa Bay community.
