A life long resident of the Tampa Bay area, I graduated from Northeast High School in St Petersburg and the University of South Florida (Tampa), my knowledge of local neighborhoods and micro-markets is invaluable to my clients. I gained this expertise through 9 years marketing, advertising, and management for new home builders. Most of my professional life has been in the real estate and construction industries, working for companies that build everything from cooling towers for power plants to sports arenas (Raymond James Stadium and the Ice Palace in Tampa) to large condominium projects to single family homes.
