Hello, My name is Richard “Rick” Myers.  I’ve been a resident in the Tampa Florida area since 1993.  I am originally from the Dayton, Ohio area.  Just like everyone else, I fell in love with the sun, fun and the people in our beautiful State while on vacation way back when.   I am married to my wife of 25 years “Patti” and have five wonderful children.  My wife and I enjoy fishing and spending time in the woods and spending as much time with family and friends as we can get.

One of the unique aspects of “Me” as a professional Realtor, would be my extensive background in the building industry.  As a younger man, I went to vocational school for  construction science following a carpentry curriculum.  I have worked from Tradesmen to Senior Project manager and have been trained in the field of “Home Inspection.”
