I had a wonderful buying experience with Sten for the purchase of our house. He is a great negotiator as well, we got the house below the asking and appraised value. Sten is a great realtor to work with, I had worked with other realtors and just did not get the support that I expected when purchasing a new home. I am in the mortgage industry and many realtors are not very pleasant to work with, however Sten is the exception!
