    Question:
    I have several listings done the “old way” and had all seller sign & date the updated modification to the listing agreement.
    Per the listing agreements in place, all have agreed to a “shared listing compensation with buyers broker” – Do I need to have ready the CABB-1, to deliver to the buyers agent prior to an offer? Thanks Darlene Sheets

    Bob – I had the current sellers/listings sign the “Compensation Disclosure Statement” which FR put out earlier in August.
    I now see a “Modification to Listing Agreement” – do I need to have all current sellers/listings sign this as well ? Thanks Darlene

    So if an existing listing agreement (form dated 3/2024) is in place with a “Modification to LA” – ok to use a CABB-1 correct ? Thanks again! Darlene
