All parties to transaction may receive an encrypted, electronic signed and sealed original survey via email simultaneously.  If name of buyer is misspelled, lender changes or incomplete certifications placed at time of order, NO WORRIES…you may EDIT certifications up to 45 days or call Exacta to change for you if after 45 days. While the title company often prints black and white originals for the buyer, the agent may forward the full color survey to them so they may save on home computer.  If the buyer misplaces their survey or elevation certificate, they may contact their agent (another reason for your buyer to remember you and hold onto your contract info) or they may contact Exacta direct for copies of originals.
